Exterior Painting

Alex and his crew were great. They sprayed the outside of the house with primer, then rolled in the primer to ensure its coverage in all areas, then sprayed the house with two coats of paint. The crew then hand painted all the wood trim twice. The crew covered all plants, took down and put back up all blinds and shades outside. The whole job was done with perfection.

Professional good communicator does what he says he’s going to do you’ll be happy. It’s not cheap but it’s definitely worth the price and you’ll be looking at those walls and cabinets for a long time so it’s better to have someone know what they’re doing. He did a great job on my old dark oak cabinets that were painted a Sherwin-Williams white and then the walls were done beautifully and the entire house. Great job.

Alex did an excellent and professional job painting the exterior of our house. He kept us informed of every phase of the project. He met with us several times before we actually selected the paint colors and gave us advice along the way. He and his 2-member crew finished painting our house in 3 days! Great experience! Alex is super responsive via email or text or phone. He had no problems doing numerous little fixes such as taking down some old light fixtures and patching them up or even fixing my dryer vent. He had no problem repainting my trim after the color I chose didn't look as good. Lastly, he even offered to come back and touch up my rain gutters after my roof gets redone in a few weeks. I’m a real estate broker working in Sacramento. I hired Velasco’s painting, as recommended by Home Depot, to install new epoxy flooring in my client’s two car garage. Alex, the owner of the company and a licensed California contractor, quoted a reasonable price. Alex and his assistant always showed up on time. Most importantly, he installed a beautiful epoxy floor for my client. He even helped at no extra charge to disconnect, move out and reconnect a large washer and dryer in the garage. I recommend his work and his professionalism very highly.

A while back I asked for recommendations for a painter on a recommendation page of Facebook. This page came through with a ton of recommendations, so grateful for that! We held off due to weather but the house is now done. Friday pressure wash Mon, Tues and Wed facia repair and paint. Two coats, back rolled each coat, 3 colors and WOW! We just had the whole interior of our house painted. Alex does a superior job and is very easy to work with. He was so polite and accommodating to our needs. He even did some extra little things for us, like painting a part of the outside wall that was re-stuccoed after a remodel and painting our front door.
